please include the following:
1. Your order confirmation number, your name, preffered communication option for me to reach out for you ( phone, text, email)
Sometime I need some additional information about your order.
2. I CAN DRAW UP TO TWO animals on one mug.
Send me about 5-6 good photos of your pet with preferable all body parts visible (tail is important), name of the breed, eye color, any other specifics about it. Include a Instagram page link if it has multiple pet's photos. It is a good help for me to see different angles and details. Please send photos no later than a week after completing the order.
3. If you have a specific idea or a request how you would like your pet be presented, feel free to tell me about it. For example, you would like your cat/dog playing piano, or playing tennice, or surfing. Specific details and personal stories help me to create a character. If you prefer your pet be just a pet portrait and not doing any human activities, tell me little bit about its personality. It helps me to visualize the character as well.
The mug will be made in my style and design. I leave the exterior unglazed for a rustic, stone-like touch and a better feel, but the handle and inside is glazed with a white to off-white glossy glaze.
After I complete the mug, I will send you a photo of the finished mug to approve my work. and,
it will take 3-5 more days before you have it in your hands.
