You’ll receive a standard confirmation email once your order is placed.
 Step 2: Send Me Your Pet Photos. Two (2) pets maximum on one mug.
After checkout, please email me 3-6 clear photos of your pet (JPG format preferred).
Focus on images that highlight your pet’s face and personality.
Be sure to mention any special details like unique markings, tail shape, or eye color (feel free to describe eye color in words like "yellow," "green," etc.).
Feel free to share a little about your pet—funny quirks, personality, or their name!

Step 3: Personalization (Optional)
Want to include your pet’s favorite toy, a special item, a preferred color palette, or request a pose, theme, or scene?
Just include those details in your email with the photos.
Step 4: Sit Back & Let the Magic Happen
I’ll begin painting your one-of-a-kind mug!
Each piece is handmade with joy and passion, then glazed and kiln-fired for durability. All my work is food-safe, microwave and dishwasher friendly.
Please allow 4–5 weeks for creation and finishing.
Step 5: Shipping & Delivery
Once finished, I’ll carefully pack and ship your mug.
You’ll receive a tracking number as soon as your order is on the way.
