This vase is about 7.5 inches tall and 3 and 3/4 inches wide at the opening.
It is glazed inside and outside with a satin white.   The rim, clouds, and splatters inside brushed with shiny turquise and blue .  Each hand-illustrated puppy in a sky are chasing each other around the vase.
